This tool grasps the container while you push downwards on the grip to dispense toothpaste. The toothpaste cartridge will hang loose as you glide the grip downward along the cartridge. You first insert the toothpaste end into the slot in the holder, then fold the cartridge's end at a 90-degree angle to slide it snugly into place. This keeps the tube from falling out. Next, slide the grip down along the cartridge to dispense toothpaste.
