This remix attaches to a wall using double-sided tape and functions well. I've used mine for two months now, and it saves a significant amount of toothpaste. It's designed to be printed whole as-is, with built-in support in the STL file. However, you may need additional support, depending on your printer setup; in my case, I was able to print successfully with just minimal overhang on an Ender-3.
