Toothless Lithophane and Base

I designed a case for my sister's litho and wanted it to fit perfectly, so I created this. It's meant to hold a 1.36:1 photo converted into a lithophane using the 3dp.rocks generator with a maximum size of 112mm and a 20-degree curve. The lithophane ends up being around 111x83.7mm in size, so if your lithophane doesn't match this size, it likely won't work as intended. You can use Photoshop to adjust the image to the correct aspect ratio if you really want to use this case. The case is lit by a 24V LED strip powered by a USB boost converter. I used a specific type of converter that I guarantee will fit, available on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CNQPN94/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. The current draw on the 5V USB cable is around 250mA, which is very low due to the short length of the LED strip. The top of the case is held in place by three M3x20 socket head screws. You can probably use shorter ones, but since there are no nuts or threaded inserts in the base piece, I suggest using long screws so they bite better into the material. The lithophane is a tight fit on the bottom, and the slot in the bottom piece is slightly less angled than the litho itself. This was done intentionally to make it a snug fit so the litho doesn't rattle around. Simply slide the litho from the top then carefully force the bottom of it into the slot on the bottom. The part called "Diffuser" is optional, but I think it's best to print it if you have the materials I suggest for it. Any translucent material will work, and I used natural Nylon for mine. The purpose of this is to distribute the concentrated light from the LED strips into a more evenly distributed light source, which then goes into the lithophane to light it up. It will still work fine without it, but IMO it looks better if you use it. If you like what I make and want to contribute to more development, feel free to donate through PayPal.me/BladeScraper.
