A 3D printable grinder that leaves no plastic bits in the mix, a serious health hazard. You must get the first layer of the grinder file down perfectly for this to work. Glass is best. Assemble as per the exploded view. Make sure the thin grind plate goes into the mid case with fillet side down, first layer up! You cannot stress this enough to get a good grind; it will also be a tight fit, and that's for good reason. See Last Print setting for this piece. The MidCase might need sanding slightly on the inner surfaces to ensure a smooth turn, but don't overdo it or it will be loose. I lubricated the outer surface of the top grinder with hemp oil for even easier shredding. There is also a bowl adaptor to use in place of the base 'catcher' for pipe enthusiasts! Now it dispenses too! 1.5 hours per file, 20 minutes for the Grinder Plate. Please note that you'll need to print Base3.9 and LargeParticlePlate at 100% infill. A note on operation: be gentle, then firm. Evenly load the inner grinding plate. Gently twist counter-clockwise first, applying a small amount of pressure to get it going. Then use a bit more force, but keep the rotation speed moderate. Love your buds, don't crush them!
