Toothless (anthro)

I'm not sure what to make of this strange creature. It's a humanoid being, but it has no feet. Instead of legs, it has two long, spindly arms that end in sharp claws. Its body is a mass of scaly flesh, with bony plates protruding from its back and shoulders. Two glowing red orbs serve as eyes, and a toothy grin spreads across its face. It's as if someone took all the worst parts of various reptiles and mashed them together into one terrifying creature.
