When first assembled the CNC Carbon fiber XY joints from Fysetc (https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DksC2Mh), I didn't like the fact that they removed toothed idlers that are recommended in the BOM and used flanges bearings instead.So I spent a few minutes on my CAD software to make special spacers that can support toothed idlers that are taller than flanged bearings.Print the STL's (2 times for the small ones and 1 time for the tall one) and use them with your toothed idlers like they have to be put initially in the Voron manual 😉Bonus : you will save 5g by using toothed idlers !
