** Now includes fusion source file **\r\n** I've shifted the axis -3.75 in X, and -3.325 in Y to make room for a Gates idler that can replace the smooth one.\r\n\r\nThis is an easy drop-in replacement for the X-axis assemblies that mount to the Y-axis linear rails. It lets you swap out the smooth bearing idlers for Gates 2GT 5mmID 20 tooth idlers, which give slightly better precision in X-axis movement.\r\n\r\nI installed this on my own build and right away saw an improvement in print quality due to better filament placement precision. This is definitely a worthwhile upgrade.\r\n\r\nTo design this, I kept the original position of the 2 belts in the corexy mechanism so you won't need to change any parts except the smooth idler itself. You'll have to print a second part as a mirror of the first one to complete a full set.\r\n\r\nThe cutout where the MGN15 rail fits into the assembly is now significantly wider for easier fitting of the rail, both wider in the Z direction and in the X direction.
