An alternative version of this holder can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:22048. It is designed to hold Oral-B electric toothbrush heads. To use it, simply print it out and attach it using double-sided adhesive tape or a suction cup. Slide your toothbrush into place and enjoy its durability - the arms have withstood months of usage without breaking, contrary to initial expectations. The holder was printed successfully in PLA using a .35mm nozzle at .2mm layer height and 0.35 infill.
