Keeping electric toothbrush heads upright is a hassle in itself. If you place them up, they quickly fall over and liquids leave an unappealing residue. Using dark acrylic glass (PMMA), I created a holder that can be easily cleaned and prevents the toothbrush heads from tipping effectively. The recesses are designed to keep the heads in place even if the holder is slanted. You must remove them by lifting them first. I cut the material with my Stepcraft desktop CNC machine using a single-flute 2 mm endmill. A few drops of water mixed with methylated spirits and a bit of compressed air prevented the chips from melting. After cutting, I heated up a small strip with a heat gun and carefully bent it to the correct angle. The right part of the drawing provides a reference point, but the exact angle is not crucial. As long as the top and bottom parts are parallel. Visit https://www.zenziwerken.de/en/ for more innovative designs. I haven't attempted to print the STL file, but it's primarily intended for viewing. However, you can probably print the holder if you adjust its orientation accordingly.
