This oral-B head can be easily mounted on two surfaces - either by using double-sided sticky tape on tiles or by taking advantage of the two provided mounting holes for screws if preferred. For optimal results, print in white material to minimize toothpaste stains visibility. If you're printing with "support" in Sli3r, note that the mounting holes will still be accessible but slightly concealed.
