Toothbrush Adapter
thingiverse
I designed an adapter for my wall-mounted toothbrush holder because my toothbrush was larger than its opening. To solve this problem, I created a quick fix. First, you insert the adapter peg-side down into the hole in the wall holder. Then, place the peg on the bottom to secure it in place. Next, the arms will grip your toothbrush firmly. It seems to be holding well so far. The ones on the left are "failed" prototypes from my earlier attempts. Most print settings shouldn't affect this design significantly. However, if your adapter starts becoming too flexible, you can try increasing the infill percentage. That was a problem I encountered with a previous version of the adapter. To resolve it, I redesigned the arms to be thicker so they would spring back instead of folding.
