I'm excited about my new letter opener project. The design features a handle shaped like a tooth, which I plan to replicate using a 3D printing process. To achieve this, I'll start by smoothing the surface of the print and then create a silicone mold to cast it in clear resin. Once completed, I'll share some photos of the final product. To prepare my design for printing, I cut the knife into two separate parts: the handle and the blade.
