Tooth Fairy BJD
thingiverse
This is a radical reinterpretation of the Polar BJD, with bold modifications to transform it into a whimsical fairy. The design draws inspiration from the enchanting Tooth Fairy character in the Hellboy movie. IMPORTANT: 1. The files for this doll have been downscaled from the Polaris originals to 50% of their original size. As printed at 100%, the doll stands at an impressive 14" head-to-heel height. Feel free to print it larger if you prefer, but be aware that it will tower over the Polaris doll. 2. The wings are printed in three separate pieces for easy removal and minimal risk of breakage. To assemble them, glue the leaf_wing_1 and leaf_wing_2 prints to the wing_hub print. You can use hot glue or another adhesive of your choice – it's entirely up to you. 3. The doll's ears are printed separately as they are articulated, allowing for a wide range of motion. 4. The foot is articulated using a clever in-place joint that should be movable with a gentle application of force after printing. 5. Be aware that the arms and legs on this doll are unusually long – you'll need to use rafts to ensure proper support during printing.
