Inside my ToolkitRC M8 charger the temperature sensor had stopped working, so the fans never turned on (although they used to start up before and were extremely loud). I decided to upgrade the cooling system with a 60mm silent external fan that runs constantly. When I was charging at 5A, the unit became very hot; now, I charge at 10A and the unit is basically cold. You will need some m3 screws and nuts to secure the fan in place, but you might also be able to get away with using glue. Pay close attention! You will need to remove the bottom cover of the unit and replace it with this custom-made cover. You will also have to take out the two small fans inside. If I had to remind you that you should not unplug the charger while removing the cover, please don't do it! This is a high-current device; if you are unsure about what you're doing, please don't attempt it!
