I'm upgrading my ToolkitRC M8 with an 80mm fan mod, building on @benie00's successful design for a 60mm fan upgrade. Since I couldn't find any local stores carrying 60mm fans, I opted for the more readily available 80mm options. I've chosen a very quiet "bequiet PURE WING 2" fan, but any other 80mm model will work just fine. I decided not to remove the internal fans, as I'm not comfortable with that level of disassembly. The mod itself isn't super compact, but you can still use the charger without the extra fan attached if you're careful and know what you're doing. Keep in mind that the PCB is exposed, so be cautious not to short or damage your charger when handling it. If you're unsure about any part of this process, it's best to skip it. This design prints relatively quickly, requiring no support material at all. It's a two-part print that takes around 3 hours to complete. For me, the two pieces fit together seamlessly, held in place by friction alone. If needed, a small amount of glue will secure them firmly in position.
