First, I started by clicking the side view and sketched out the front part by starting with sketching 2 circles 40 and 25 for the radius. Next, I made a line 12mm horizontal and made an arc with a radius of 3 and then added another line ad made sure it was 7 from the center. Next, I extruded it 67mm on each side and made sure 1/4 of it was cut, then I sketched from front view and sketched from the bottom line that was 7mm up and made a vertical line 25mm up and made a line and added a circle with 4mm and a straight line up and smart dimensioned it and made a horizontal line 28.50mm long and made a diagonal line 2.50mm down and did the same exact thing on the other side. Then, I cut revolved the sketched and added fillet where it was needed and checked my mass and changed my material to AISI 1020. Part 2, I made a circle with a radius of 25 and 30 and cut extrude it to look like the blueprint. Then, I made circles on the side view with it to be 7.50mm big, 64mm apart and for the top one, it has an angle of 15 degrees apart from the corner and 30 degrees apart from the last 2. Then, I cut extrude all the circles and checked my mass. Finally, part 3, I started by sketching 3 centerlines 4mm long and made a circle 21 for the radius and cut everything I didn't need then I cut extrude it 10mm and fillet it by 1mm and checked my mass.
