To make this part, I first did a sketch on the right plane, mirrored half of the sketch, and did a revolve boss/base around the horizontal midline. Then, I did a cut extrude on the first quarter of the circle.For the second part I did a sketch on the front plane, containing the nine holes. I made one hole, and did a 3D circular pattern. Then, I sketched on the inside horizontal face and created the cut extrude with two circles.For the third part, I made the outline of the extrude cut, then I offset it.
