Tooling Cylinder 1step1: set the material to AISI 1020step2: sketch everything from the side with the dimensions provided step3: to get a 3/4 circle use the revolve tool and set its rotation to 270 degreesstep4: use slot tool to make the cut out seen in the geometry ---------------------------------------------------Tooling cylinder 2 step1: on the top of the face of the cylinder sketch a radius and covert it to a construction line and set it to the right radius specified step2: make sure first circle is set in the right position for cutting step3: use cut extrude through allstep4: now use the circular pattern tool and set the entities to 9 with a spacing of 30 degrees ( make sure the rotation is counter clockwise )step5: now going to the top view you can create the second cut out step6: use the convert entities tool to make sure the lines are tangent step7: sketch out the dimensions according to the blue prints step8: use cut extrude ---------------------------------------------------Tooling Cylinder 3Step1: go to the top face and create a sketch on that surface step2: use convert entities on that sketch then afterwards use off set entities to the specified dimensions step3: use cute extrude to the correct distance step4: use a fillet on the inside edge of that cut extrude that was jus made
