Toolchanger - Dyzend Directdrive (Sherpa Mini)
thingiverse
This is a directdrive tool for the E3D Toolchanger (and other motion systems with the same coupler). It is built for the Sherpa Mini (https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005002487727392.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.5fe67130or6piQ&algo_pvid=550d828a-31f4-450d-b372-d629c477c2f4&algo_exp_id=550d828a-31f4-450d-b372-d629c477c2f4-8) and the Dyzend X-Hotend but you could adapt it to work with the E3D V6 and other. I've released the files without a cooling system because I'll use a berd air system for that tool. Feel free to implement your own partcooling. You'll need: - M3 x ø4.2 x 5mm brass/melt inserts - Some M3-screws - soldering iron Small adjusment Dyzend: For the coupler to work you'll have to make a little cutout for the coupling mechanism. I've used a drill bit and a file to make it work.
