The toolbox holding strap on my car broke in the middle due to material stress over the years. Designed a new strap with with a hinge, to prevent this from happening in the future. Print Settings Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 80% Notes: Print on the side with 3 perimeters to increase structural strength. I used a piece of filament as the hinge pin, riveted with a hot tool. Heat from the sun in this application is enough to warp regular PLA. Category: Automotive
