A tool box with cavernous drawers perfect for storing an arsenal of tools and hardware. This design breaks down into four distinct components: a central cabinet and three expansive drawers. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao i3 Duplicator V2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 100 Notes: Begin by printing the cabinet, allowing your printer to assess its capabilities. This design will push your printer's limits, so make sure it can handle the size. To fit this model, I had to reduce the cabinet dimensions by 0.99 in Cura. Correspondingly, decrease the drawer size to match. Alternatively, print at full scale and enjoy. How I Designed This Necessity was my driving force for creating a versatile storage box. I required a container large enough to hold all my wrenches, calibration tools, and spare parts for my 3D printer. Unfortunately, no pre-existing design met my needs, so I took matters into my own hands and designed one tailored to my specifications. Using AutoCAD 123D, I brought this concept to life.
