Tool to hold 3 MM Bolt Nuts in place - i3 style frame

thingiverse

Simple tools designed to secure 3 mm bolt nuts in place on i3 / duplicator style frames, holding either 2 or 4 nuts in a pattern that matches the bolt holes in the frame. The 4-square tool accommodates the front bolt pattern located at the top of the frame uprights. In contrast, the butterfly tool features three sets of bolt holes running vertically from top to bottom along the side of the frame uprights. The two diagonal holes nearest the center are for the offset bolt holes positioned at the top and bottom. Meanwhile, the two adjacent holes farther away from the middle serve as mounts for the Z-axis switch, which is secured in parallel slots. A central bar ensures that the tool is positioned correctly to align the holes. This design is mirrored on both sides of the frame.
