Tool to calculate round corners for 1 to 15 mm

Drawing a 3D shape with rounded corners for an existing object can be tricky because calculating the precise angle is a challenge. To solve this problem, I created a tool that you can place around the corner of an existing object to instantly visualize the diameter. Designing storage bins requires attention to detail. The compartments in mine measure +0.2 mm larger than standard dimensions, specifically 35.2 x 3.2 mm. If your printer struggles with accuracy, consider scaling up by 1% to ensure a snug fit for the tool, preventing it from being too tight.
