Tool to allow easier squaring of a 20x20 Alu extrusion frame
thingiverse
While crafting my own take on a hypercube design, I discovered the necessity to grasp multiple aluminum extrusions simultaneously. At the same time, I needed to secure the screws tightly to ensure everything fit together seamlessly. To address this challenge, I created a handy and straightforward tool that was specifically designed for milling, not 3D printing. Despite its intended purpose, I believe it's worth sharing with the community. With that in mind, I haven't printed any prototypes, so I can't claim it will perform as well as planned. However, I compared it to my original concept of machining it from a block of flat-milled aluminum EN AW-5083, which is a strong and durable material.
