I designed this stand to be fully self-supporting from the start. As I printed it, I noticed a few loose ends that were floating in mid-air, so I tweaked the stl file and expanded some tiny holes that were too narrow. You can print it in the orientation shown without any support. At 0.200 mm resolution, my first stand took about 35.5 hours to print and used around 150 meters of filament. The revised version will take a bit longer and use slightly more material.
