Tool Rack Form2
thingiverse
A custom tool rack designed specifically for the Form2 3D Printer from Formlabs, where all included tools are neatly organized and easily accessible. To complement this feature, I also created a removable drip tray that clips securely underneath the rack, ensuring any resin drips that occur during tool insertion are effectively contained. The Tray slopes slightly towards the front, allowing excess resin to collect and be easily seen and cleaned up. This project was printed at a resolution of 0.1mm, but I strongly advise printing it in the standard orientation for optimal results. Printing upside down led to excessive support structure on the face of the stand, requiring additional finishing efforts. The drip tray is completely optional and not necessary to print for this tool rack's functionality; however, it does provide space for storing a scraper, pry tool, angled snips, and tweezers. Print Settings: - Printer Brand: Formlabs - Printer: Formlabs Form 2 - Rafts: Doesn't Matter - Supports: Yes - Resolution: 0.05 Notes: I recommend printing this project in the standard orientation to minimize support structure issues on the face of the stand, as printing upside down can result in a surface that requires significant post-processing and finishing efforts.
