Here is a collections for modular tool organizer that has a magnetic base. I remixed files and customized the STL to fit my needs. The tool organizer uses a 20x10x5mm Neodymium Magnets and it slides in the base of each of the mounts. You might need to adjust your slicer to make sure the plug fit properly, because it should be press fitted and does not need any glue.
