This is a mount for the 500W brushless spindles with 55mm diameter that are widely available in many Chinese online stores. The mount requires at least eight bolts and nuts to ensure stability, but you can use twelve if you want even more extra security. Before printing this mount, double-check the height of your spindle. This design has a height of 73mm, matching the height of my own spindle which is 75mm tall. I know that 400W spindles are shorter, as far as I'm aware. I have also included an alternative version without engraving for those who prefer it and an .ipt-file for Autodesk Inventor to make your own modifications if needed. Please note: I haven't actually used the spindle with this mount yet because I'm still waiting for the power supply. Once that arrives, I'll clean up the cable mess and cut the lead screw. So far, all I've done is attach it to see if everything fits together properly.
