This is a versatile hanger designed to hold tools, S-hooks, or even serve as a drawer/door handle. To assemble it, simply print the holder and insert a 6 mm rod into the pre-drilled hole. For added security, you can lock the rod in place using a 12 mm M3 screw, which requires only a simple tap of a 2.5 mm hole to accommodate the screw head. If you plan to use this hanger as a tool holder for Varimixer tools, insert a 15-20 mm rod and secure it with the same 12 mm M3 screw. Alternatively, you can leave it loose depending on your desired fit. To ensure a precise fit, I recommend using a cheap reamer set from AliExpress to enlarge the hole as needed. To mount this hanger, create a custom template that allows for even spacing of tools without any collisions. Simply print the template and place the holder in one notch, securing it with painters tape or double-sided tape. Then, move the template to accommodate additional holders as desired. When using this hanger as an S-hook mount, I've designed the hole to run through the center of the holder, allowing for a seamless integration into a long rod. As an added bonus, this design can also function as a short rod handle.
