I'm sharing a simple STL with some holes :) I use Estlcam, and I mill out the outlines, allowing you to go as deep as desired while adjusting the holes and outline to your needs. The file includes 7mm holes, 3mm holes, and 11mm holes suitable for endmills and collets (ER11).
