I made this tool to replace my shaft seals on a SHOWA USD fork, specifically for a Ducati Monster S2R 1000 - and it works perfectly. Note: To install the bushes or shaft seals, you'll need something heavy to hold the tool in place; I used an old socket that I cut in half to get the job done. This tool also works with other forks: its inner diameter is roughly 43mm. If it doesn't fit your fork, no worries - just scale it up or down to suit your needs. To print this tool, use a moderate infill setting of around 50%.
