Tool - Fear Inoculum box set protector
thingiverse
When a band like Tool unleashes an album once or twice every century, you want those collectible artifacts to remain in mint condition. A standard plastic CD sleeve can't contain this behemoth, so I took matters into my own hands and created one that fits perfectly. The walls are only 0.5 millimeters thick, allowing the transparent Polymaker Polysmooth to flow through them like a wave when run through the Polysher. This results in a delicate, wobbly texture that's almost see-through. This project was a blast to work on. As for the Tool logo on the spine, I'm not claiming any rights to it – that belongs to the band, of course.
