Tool Carousel Remix V_2 with rotating base
thingiverse
I have significantly upgraded my tool holder with two rows of holes for storing items at hand. I have integrated a 'Lazy Susan' style base using marbles as bearings for smooth movement. This print uses a considerable amount of filament, but I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome. With this upgrade, my bench top tools are now just a swivel away from where I need them. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.25 mm, 0.4 nozzle Infill: 20% Notes: The top and base fit snugly together, requiring sanding and a rubber mallet to assemble the two pieces securely.
