tool box hoover vaccum
thingiverse
I built this compact vacuum myself, specifically for carrying in a small toolbox at work, where I use it to pick up debris while drilling holes in aluminum aircraft. The motor is a 28,000-rpm mobile helicopter engine, paired with two 3.7 lithium batteries, which are backed by a fine mesh screen from an old juicer that prevents loose particles from getting sucked into the fan. After experimenting with various fan designs to maximize suction and battery life, I finally came up with this design, which delivers impressive results all day long without needing a recharge.
