Here's a file for the Tony Stark headset used to communicate with Jarvis in the third movie. These designs are scaled to fit, but you will still need to cut some aluminum for the headband and pieces holding the forehead and temple sensors. Feel free to email me for the remaining files needed to complete this headset. The sensor plate is precision-cut using a water jet, while the acrylic piece for the scope features intricate details laser-etched and carefully cut.\r\n Update: I've added all necessary DXF files for laser cutting or waterjet cutting the band, sensor brackets, and lens.
