Tonxy X5s Belt tensioners

I think these need to be created per printer especially as my printer is highly modified as probably all Tronxy printers to make them any good. The knobs I used from this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3606033 I already had some M4 square nuts. I had to file some down in a vice to get them to fit. That's actually good IMO as they're extremely tight. I couldn't have fine-tuned the fit that well with just modeling. I also filed down the bolts and nuts on the sliders to prevent rubbing. Use a tiny bit of super glue to hold the slider together but obviously don't get any on the bolt head so it spins freely. Also use some superglue on the knobs (from the think lined above) to lock them in place.
