Two M4 nuts must be pressed into the printed corners. Additionally, 6mm wide grooves must be routed on two opposing sides of the 4x 12mm Multiplex boards. If 12mm plates are used for the lid/ bottom, a minimum of 10mm must be routed around the perimeter 2mm deep to ensure the plate is flush with the printed frame. If 10mm thick Multiplex boards are used, this step can be skipped. Next, the front, back, and side pieces are assembled using 16 wood screws and ø3 underlay discs. A frame is formed as a result. Before attaching the final plate, the speaker must be drilled out with the grid and secured with M4 socket head screws and nuts (if necessary, the speaker mounting may need to be adjusted). The RFID reader in the lid must be routed free from 3mm of the wall. The lid and bottom plate are then inserted into the two printed frames and holes are drilled for M4 screws. From the opposite side, countersink the wood. Drill out the switch holder and secure with M3 countersink screws and nut. Route a hole in the RFID reader to fit it in the deckel. Assemble all parts together using wood glue and 16 wood screws. If interested in the decals set, feel free to send me a private message!
