I'm modeling a rig based on that iconic meme image, minus the pixel-perfect recreation since the belt track appears as a single wide lane rather than two distinct ones. I've attached a rig to it, though I must admit I'm not entirely sure how to properly rig a belt track – my usual go-to method involves using curve modifiers in Blender, but this is uncharted territory for me. To compensate, I've added bones to the wheels and other moving parts. This model also boasts a 4K PBR material that adds an extra layer of realism. The entire creation was made possible within Blender's robust environment.
