## Updates ## 2019-10-18: Added a New Figure Platform with Enhanced Capabilities The new platform is wider, accommodating Tonies with larger bases. This change allows for the use of flat steel bars instead of magnets to secure the figures in place. Flat steel bars measuring 15x120x2mm can be used as an alternative, available at retailers like Hornbach. Additionally, the groove on the platform has been designed to hold any flat steel bar, eliminating the need for expensive magnets. Since Tonies themselves are magnetic, this modification provides a cost-effective solution. 2019-09-20: Introduced a Backplate Jig for Easier Alignment and Mounting A backplate jig has been added to facilitate easier alignment and mounting of multiple backplates/puzzles. ## Features ## * Puzzles can be printed in any quantity, making them easy to assemble and reuse. * Print the puzzle pieces with existing holes or those with hidden holes, allowing you to customize the design as needed. Drilling open only the necessary holes provides flexibility in your design. * The figure and Toniebox platform share the same hole spacing, enabling placement wherever desired. * Figure platforms feature grooves for adding magnets (top and bottom), enhancing stability. * The wall mount is concealed behind the puzzles, making it easy to align multiple mounts using the provided jig. This eliminates the need to fix each puzzle to the wall. ## Non-Printable Parts ## To attach the platforms, M4x20 screws and two M4 nuts are required for each platform. A standard screw is needed for the backplate/wall mount. The figure platform includes a small groove for magnets (top and bottom) to ensure better stability. Neodymium magnets can be used, available on Amazon. However, it has been discovered that the figures themselves contain magnets, making them unnecessary. To secure the platforms, something magnetic can be added instead. Once an alternative is found, the files will be updated accordingly. If you print this design, please upload your project to make.
