In the uploaded size (if nothing is changed by the upload), the recess for a metal plate (magnetic) has the dimensions of 50 mm in diameter and 4 mm in depth. I got myself slightly smaller plates ( 49 mm x 3 mm ) so that I have a little more air to the sides and can make sure they fit. 1 mm thinner because of the "thickness" of the adhesive. The plates I then pasted with white foil - the metal look I did not like.
