I design models with a thickness of 1.5 walls and bases solely for the fun of it. My printers all have a minimum nozzle size of .6 for rapid prototyping of test parts, especially when it comes to solid bottoms and walls. I typically use a .6 nozzle with a layer height of .5, printing at a rate of 2 top, 2 bottom, and 3 wall layers, unless I'm looking for a 30% infill density.
