Some adapters that adapt traditional Gibson Tune-O-Matic bridge posts to the offset and diameter of Tonemonster Piezo Bridges are available.\r\n\r\nThe original bridge posts included in the piezo bridges have a thicker diameter, requiring body drilling on Gibson Les Pauls.\r\nAdditionally, the threads are bigger, making it impossible to install the original bridge post in the threaded anchors.\r\n\r\nUsing these offset grommets, you can slide them over the original Gibson bridge posts.\r\nThis allows for a retrofit installation of the bridge without risking body damage from drilling and enables easy switching back to an entirely original guitar if desired.\r\n\r\nTwo different sets of bushings are included.\r\nThe first set has a 0.2mm center offset, while the second set features a 0.3mm center offset.\r\n\r\nOn my guitar, I found that the 0.2mm fit better, but both options are available.\r\nSimply slide the bushing over the post and twist it until it aligns with the bridge.\r\nThen, slide the bridge onto the bushing.
