A simple flat mount designed to replace the windscreen suction mount of a TomTom Go 500 satnav device. This alternative allows you to attach the magnetic TomTom dock to any flat surface within your car, freeing it from being stuck to the windshield. First, print this mount with a minimal brim, then carefully disassemble the ball-and-socket joint of your satnav dock. Insert the resulting socket into the corresponding opening and secure it to the desired flat surface. With this modification, your satnav becomes more accessible, yet still utilizes the original magnetic charging dock. Print Settings: Printer: Chinese i3 clone Rafts: Not required Supports: None necessary Infill: Dense Notes: If you reside in a hot climate or plan to position the mount near a heater vent, consider using a material other than PLA. Additionally, ensure your satnav can withstand high temperatures. Rotate the mount correctly within your slicer. A cooling fan on your extruder is highly recommended to prevent deformation of the small stalk and ball.
