TomTom Ball joint repair
thingiverse
Rubber part of TomTom holder ball joint failed. It is just a hollow sphere. With a bit of trial and error printed the right size from TPE/TPU. TomTom won't fall out anymore and can be positioned again. Print with the open side down in a (semi) flexible filament of your choosing. Maybe size needs a bit of tweaking for a good friction fit. On my printer, 12p5_16.stl has the right sizes. Yours might vary. I uploaded a few other size STL's and the source .scad. See pictures. Just remove the worn rubber part and press-fit the new TPU part in place, then re-assemble. Screws should not be overly tight.
