A few years ago, I calculated and made a gear pair for the 6th gear on a Tomos APN4 motorcycle for a colleague.I specified the module 1.5 and the centerdistance is 43.5 mm of original gears.Then I draw new gears, according to the desired gear ratio.The kisssoft program was used.Due to clearance, gear 1 is slightly larger and gear 2 is slightly smaller.
