The Tommy Morris memorial from St Andrews Cathedral cemetery was captured on camera, then carefully edited and rendered at an even higher setting to correct the issues that had plagued it in previous versions. To maintain some of its intricate details, I deliberately refrained from over-processing the image. The initial scan underwent a smoothing process using Autodesk Memento, which was intentionally left rough due to the shiny paint used on the monument's surface. Although the bonnet remained problematic due to the photographer's limited access to the memorial, the club shaft was successfully rendered in its entirety.
