For your umbrella's clamp, print the main part inverted and supported, plus an upside-down brim. Print reinforcements on their flat side. The layered direction and stress may cause cracking at the lever hole; reinforce with opposite-layered parts glued with ABS adhesive. Sand the inside barrel for a snug fit on the umbrella pole. Keep using the original lever and pressure plate, replacing the rivet with a screw and knob nut.
