I've been working with 3D scanning for a while now, mainly focused on delivering high-poly textured models to clients and letting them handle the game-ready versions themselves. That's okay, but I'm eager to take it further by offering fully processed models, including my own model packs, available through the Unreal Marketplace or Unity Asset Store. Before diving in, I'd love some technical feedback on a recent project from experienced professionals in the field. I'm not so much concerned with aesthetics as I am with the underlying processing – texture work, model quality, and all that.
