This is the Excalibur sword from the Tomb Raider series, created to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Tomb Raider. Yes, it's indeed been 20 years since the iconic game first debuted! The model has been expertly divided into multiple parts and carefully oriented on the bed for easy printing without support. It relies on 36 dowels to ensure proper alignment and assembly, which can be either printed or replaced with metal rods available at most DIY stores. To achieve optimal results, it's recommended to print all dowels with a high fill percentage (80%+) for added strength. However, for the best balance between strength and speed, consider using at least one metal dowel at each lower joint in the handle area, complemented by 3D-printed dowels elsewhere.
