I designed challenge coins for my D&D group to commemorate their escape from the Tomb of Horrors, a dungeon notorious for its challenges. Considering its grueling nature, they earned a reward for surviving it. The standard design features a knight riding an ostrich on one side; I personalized mine with my character's name and image, while reserving the knight and ostrich for another member.
